Innovation Day celebrates and showcases the innovative, transformative research and undergraduate capstone projects being done by College of Engineering students. Community members and industry leaders are invited to participate and observe the depth and breadth of research occurring in UTA's College of Engineering.
Innovation Day 2024 is Tuesday, April 16, 2024. See all presentations from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Bluebonnet Ballroom.
Dean Peter Crouch, understanding the importance of giving students at all levels access to real research experiences, created the College of Engineering's Innovation Day to encourage student participation in research, especially at the undergraduate level. In addition to showcasing the outstanding work of student researchers, the event is an opportunity for industry and the community to become more involved and aware of the quality of UTA's engineering students as they prepare to enter the workforce.
Innovation Day entries are divided into three areas: undergraduate research, graduate research, and senior design.
