| Abstract: | Physical activity is crucial to leading a healthy lifestyle as it can help prevent the onset of physical ailments and certain diseases. This realization has helped bring about the creation of smart watches and other similar devices that track everyday physical activity. While this data can be insightful, it is not always enough to motivate individuals to be active. Recent years have seen the popularity of Large Language Models (LLMs) skyrocket given their superior reasoning and text generation abilities. As such, the goal of this project is to utilize LLMs to create motivational messages that elicit positive behavior change with regards to physical activity. |
