| Abstract: | The Mind Guide team introduces Therapy AI, a conversational artificial intelligence platform designed to provide compassionate, accessible, and responsible mental health first aid. With increasing levels of stress, anxiety, and depression, access to professional support remains limited by cost, stigma, and availability. Therapy AI aims to fill this gap by providing immediate emotional support through a secure and empathetic conversational interface. Therapy AI functions as a digital mental health companion capable of offering coping strategies and self-help guidance while encouraging professional consultation when needed. |
