Denver is accessible via air, rail, and bus. Transportation about town includes busses, shuttles, and taxi services.

Air Travel to Denver

Denver is served by the Denver International Airport (airport code DEN). The airport is 25 miles from the conference hotel.

Light Rail

The “University of Colorado A-Line” is a new light rail service that connects Denver International Airport to Union Station in downtown Denver. A one-way ticket costs $9, and trains run every 15 minutes.

MallRide

Once at Union Station, use the free MallRide to get to the hotel (ride from Union Station to Court Place). The MallRide is a free bus service that runs up and down the 16th Street walking mall (all day, 7 days a week). The MallRide has 36 buses servicing the roughly 1-mile of the 16th Street mall, and they come by every minute or two. Click here for a map of the MallRide route; the Sheraton is shown as #26.

Shuttles and Taxis

Bus (RTD)

Public bus service is scheduled and provided within the local metro area by the Regional Transportation District (RTD). Riders must have exact change. RTD buses pick-up and drop-off from Jeppesen Terminal Level 5, outside doors 504, 506, and 510 (west side). One-way SkyRide fare to downtown Denver is US$11.00.
