| Abstract: | TDIndustries is a mechanical construction and facilities management company that builds infrastructures and maintains their building equipment. TDIndustries has a variety of customers that may not align with an ideal customer profile that results in an increase in non-value-added activities, spending sales and money that exceeds gross margin, an increase in service agreement cancellations, and performing work that ends up not being profitable. In this project, we plan to use the DMAIC methodology to determine an ideal customer profile for TDIndustries' Service Department to sell more strategically and have a standardized process to determine the proper customers that have value and are profitable. |
